Pre-launch legal draft — requires review and approval by the operating entity and qualified counsel before public launch.
Using NiuDraft
[Operating entity to be confirmed] provides NiuDraft as a self-service writing tool. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permitted use of every fact, document, URL, and file you provide. Do not upload content you are not entitled to use or personal data about others unless you have a lawful basis to do so.
Credits and generation
Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not create a subscription and do not renew automatically. A Personal Statement generation uses 10 credits only after the applicable quality scan is ready. If a generation attempt fails, the 10 credits for that attempt are returned once through the credit ledger.
No admissions promise
NiuDraft does not promise admission, scholarship, visa, employment, or a particular writing outcome. You must review the final document and ensure that it is truthful and suitable for your application.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [launch jurisdiction to be confirmed], subject to non-waivable protections that apply to you.
