Refund Policy
Pre-launch legal draft — requires review and approval by the operating entity and qualified counsel before public launch.
Credit packs
Credit packs are digital, one-time purchases and do not include a self-service cash-refund workflow. This does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Failed generation
If a generation attempt fails or times out after a 10-credit debit, NiuDraft automatically returns that 10-credit debit once. A successful generation, manual edit, or downloaded file does not itself create an additional cash-refund entitlement.
