Information we process
We process account details, form answers, document versions, uploaded materials, target-programme information, document-level knowledge snapshots, quality-scan results, and necessary transaction records to provide and secure the service.
Private files and retention
Uploads are private, placed through a security scan before use, and are not served from permanent public URLs. Account deletion schedules removal of documents, uploads, quarantine files, exports, generated files, and document-level knowledge snapshots within 24 hours. Private data exports are available for 24 hours after preparation.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by NiuDraft. We retain only transaction records required to account for Credits, purchases, refunds for failed generation attempts, and legal or security obligations.
